Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.Returns
A “return” refers to returning a product to Deal Home Audio for a refund. We offer returns or refunds on a case-to-case basis.
To be eligible for returns,
- The return must be done within 30 days of the purchase.
- You must be able to present your proof of purchase.
- All items/accessories for the product are present with the original box (except for returns due to missing items).
- All items/accessories for the product are in the same condition as received.
To request for a return, please contact Dealhomeaudio through the available channels found in the “Contact Us” page. If your purchase was made through an authorised dealership, please request for a return through them instead. We will verify your information and product condition before giving approval and arranging for a return with you.
After the return is approved and successfully made,
- The amount equal value of the product at the time of purchase will be refunded in full.
- Discounted items will have their discounted value refunded.
- The shipping cost (for both purchase and return) will not be refunded.
You will be refunded through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon between the customer and DealHomeAudio.
